Please carefully read all info before purchasing.
NYSWRC handles all conference payments except for your hotel reservation.
To attend all the general sessions, look for the general admission (Friday - Sunday) ticket, or individual days.
Note that labs and the specialty sessions are not included in the general admission, and must be added.
If you are purchasing tickets for multiple people, be sure to add each one individually to your cart. If you register multiple tickets in your name, we will have no record of the other people at registration or in our membership roster.
Cancellation policy: refunds will be given if you contact info@nyswrc.org before October 30th. After that date, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given to attendees that sign up for labs and opt not to attend.
Meal Package includes: Friday Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Saturday Breakfast/Lunch, Sunday Breakfast. Saturday Dinner is included in all FULL conference registrations & Saturday only tickets. If you wish to attend only the dinner or purchase a meal ticket for a guest, you must do that separately by purchasing Saturday Dinner tickets. No meal tickets will be available for purchase after October 31st.
